Xero Mobile Software Helps SMBs on the Go

The accounting company Xero recently launched a cloud-based mobile package designed to help companies manage their finances while on the move. The software is available in the Apple App Store (for free) and is available for the iPhone and iPad. Xero is also available for BlackBerry, Androids and the Windows Phone.

This software can help companies create invoices on the spot and manage their company’s cash flow from anywhere. Xero mobile accounting also offers a variety of add-ons that company’s can choose to download as well. These additional features include payroll, job tracking, inventory, point of sale, time tracking and more.

Small business can benefit from mobile accounting software as the company sales team is always on the go but now they have the ability to check the status of invoices to see if there are any that are outstanding. Small business owners can benefit from being able to track their employees time sheets while out of the office.

Mobile software is predicted to increase in popularity in the coming years. Much like with cloud solutions now, companies will turn to mobile solutions to be able to access their software from anywhere, without needing to find a computer.
