And The Winner is…SYSPRO!

Last Thursday, SYSPRO, a leading ERP solutions provider, announced that they received a 2010 TechAmerica Terman award.  SYSPRO won the award for its SEAM3 addition to their award-winning implementation methodology.

The Terman Awards were presented last Wednesday, in Washington D.C., at the eighth annual Technology and Government dinner. The Terman Awards were named for Frederick Terman, an influential author, educator, and leader who is known as the ‘Father of Silicon Valley’.  The awards exist to honor companies who have shown excellence in technology.  There are several categories, including Internet Services, Consumer Electronics, and Software. SYSPRO won in the Technology Consulting  category over the other two finalists, Accenture and Accuvant.

SYSPRO’s SEAM3 is more efficient and cost-effective through its updated Business Process Management, Enterprise Analysis Modeling, and Work-Flow Management ERP software. Joey Benadretti, the President of SYSPRO, accepted the award at the American Techonlogy Awards Reception. He said, “This national award is a testament to the emphasis that we continue to place not only on delivering world class software, but also providing exponential value to our customers through a best-in-class implementation methodology. In today’s fast-paced business environment this SYSPRO methodology allows customers to leverage best practices and maximize long-term return from the SYSPRO software.”

This Terman award was not the first award that SYSPRO has received for their ERP software in recent years. This year, SYSPRO was on the Top 100 list of Innovative Supply/Demand Chain Vendors, published by the 2010 Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine.  SYSPRO is currently a finalist in two categories for the American Business Awards.  Last year, they were named “Software Company of the Year” by the Technology Council and “Outstanding Private Technology Company” by TechAmerica. SYSPRO is on the rise, so expect to see more of them in the upcoming years.
