IBM Net.Commerce Software Now Features Euro Currency Support & Auction Technology Preview
Compatibility with Business Partner Applications Expands Functionality in Payments, Personalization, Reporting and Shipping
Somers, NY (December 01, 1998) – IBM* today announced several enhancements to its IBM Net.Commerce* software, making it one of the first commerce servers in the industry to support Euro Currency. In addition, IBM announced new relationships with 18 business partners whose software applications, along with IBM Net.Commerce provide a range of new electronic commerce functionality from personalization to merchandising, customer service, supply chain management, payments and enterprise resource planning.
IBM also announced two new business-to-business customers who are using IBM Net.Commerce for supply chain management solutions. Finally, IBM announced pricing and general availability for its IBM Net.Commerce Hosting Server*
