IBM Declares Quarterly Dividend
ARMONK, N.Y (January 27, 1998) – Directors of International Business Machines Corporation today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.20 per common share on the common stock payable March 10, 1998 to holders of record February 10, 1998.
