ERP Software Versions Previewed at Consona China User Conference
Latest Product Enhancements for Several of Consonaâ??s ERP Solutions Showcased at Annual China User Event

Consona Corporation (Consona), a worldwide leader in providing customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and services for companies of all sizes, will be hosting its 2010 Consona China User Conference May 20- 21, at the Shanghai Pudong Sheraton. The Consona China User Conference serves as a forum where regional users meet with Consona China executive teams and global product managers. At this year’s conference, Consona’s Cimnet Systems, AXIS ERP and Intuitive ERP product lines will be featured during the conference. These products latest functionality, technology, releases and product roadmaps will be showcased among the breakout sessions held during the event.
Consona’s Cimnet Systems product line, an ERP solution suite designed specifically to meet the needs of PCB manufacturers, will showcase many new enhancements, products and features included in upcoming releases at the event. The new functionality is designed to improve and automate front-end processes including a next-generation quotation solution, a flex-rigid stack up module and an alert and analysis module, all which augment the entire ERP solution, improving business processes and cutting costs from quote to ship. A new product – the Panelizer – automates panelization by arranging parts and coupons for maximum raw material utilization and manufacturability with both rectangular and complex shapes.
Consona’s Intuitive product line, ERP software designed to fit a broad range of manufacturing environments, will be featuring the new functionalities included in the upcoming Intuitive V8.5 release at the event. The latest enhancements center on a continued investment in Intuitive’s .NET architecture to improve all data entry forms. Additional improvements included in 8.5 cover physical inventory and purchased item costing operations, allowing for automated updates of standards based on historical averages. Several new optional modules to 8.5 include the Intuitive Form Wizard, which allows for greater customization of data entry forms, and the Shop Floor Manager V1.3 module, which improves the management of load and labor data, enhances material shortage visibility and automates updates of standard routing information based on historical averages.
The AXIS ERP solution, soon to be available to the China market, will be showcased during sessions that highlight the latest enhancements included in the upcoming version 6.0 release, as well as help guide future development based on customer suggestions. AXIS v6.0 includes a new user interface and navigation based on the Microsoft .Net framework. This includes the ability to easily personalize each user’s experience across multiple facilities, as well as present critical, customer information for the metals industry from quotes, invoices, payments, claims, and sales.
