CDC Software Launches CDC Factory at Leading Food Show Held in Mexico

CDC Softwareâ??s Franchise Partner Also Secures First CDC Factory Customer in Mexico

MEXICO CITY (December 05, 2008) –

CDC Software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation and a provider of industry-specific enterprise software applications and business services, announced today CDC Software Mexico, the company’s franchise partner, recently launched the CDC Factory manufacturing operations management solution to the Mexican market at the World Dairy Summit and Expo in Mexico City.

Separately, CDC Software Mexico also secured the first CDC Factory customer in Mexico. Sabormex, S.A. de C.V., a leading food processor of coffee and kidney beans in Mexico, selected CDC Factory for use at its production plant in Puebla.

CDC Software Mexico exhibited Ross Enterprise and CDC Factory solutions at the “World Dairy Summit & Expo, Mexico 2008” held on November 11 – 14 in Mexico City, the first time this leading global show was held outside of Europe. In the opening session of the show, Mexico President Felipe Calderón Hinojosa gave a speech on the priority of technological advances within the industry in the Valparaiso Hall of the Centro Banamex. Mexico is considered both a major milk producer and top importer.
