Oracle Partner Acquires Maximus ERP Provider

Oracle Partner and enterprise software integrator, CherryRoad Technologies, has announced that they will be acquiring Maximus, an Oracle Peoplesoft ERP business provider to the public sector.

The acquisition of Maximus ERP will significantly expand CherryRoad technologies market share in worldwide government services. Additionally, the acquisition will boost the number of supported Oracle ERP applications and implementation methodologies. Their service offerings will also see significant changes, as they will now include a 24×7 help desk for functional and technical support, and they will also be add hosting capabilities to their offerings.

The acquisition will close towards the end of September and will include the assets of the business, current contracts, and all intellectual properties held by Maximus. This transaction will transform CherryRoad into the top Oracle ERP software practice in the public sector.
