NetSuite Releases OneWorld on-demand ERP Package

The newest version of NetSuite’s OneWorld ERP package is integrated with Google Apps. This feature allows customers the option of running all of their essential business processes in the cloud. The OneWorld suite includes accounting, customer relationship management, e-commerce, business intelligence and services planning.

The integration of the OneWorld suite to Google Apps will allow customers to tie in their Google Calendars, Gmail and Docs to the ERP. NetSuite has also streamlined the user interface to improve navigation. NetSuite’s ERP software also uses the latest Ajax technology as well as other web applications to keep the user interface on the cutting edge.

The new version of Netsuite’s includes global inventory management capabilities which will help companies using this ERP software to maintain strict control of their inventories with just a few clicks. The tax engine included in the ERP software has also been enhanced to include simplified tax reporting in more countries around the world.

The tax engine within NetSuite’s OneWorld ERP software is also customizable to allow users to add tax codes from countries all over the world. Because of the updates to the ERP software, NetSuite is gaining certification for complying with many countries around the globe. The improvements to the ERP software should help NetSuite compete with their competitors like Oracle, Sap and even Salesforce.com.

NetSuite’s ERP software is already gaining traction out in the field. Oregon based Palo Alto Software selected OneWorld because of the ability of the software to help manage their inventory overseas. OneWorld allows customers like Palo Alto Software to quickly review their inventory, accounting and CRM needs; a feat that would otherwise take multiple software packages.
