ERP Re-Seller Partners with V1 Document Management

V1 Document Management recently announced a partnership with Toronto-based ERP and CRM solutions company, Bredet Services.

With the partnership, Bredet Services will endorse V1 Document Management’s solutions so that their Sage and Microsoft customers can work toward a paperless environment directly from their accounting systems.

V1 Document Management’s solutions help to reduce paper consumption, cut costs and improve efficiencies in all finance functions while supporting the environmental efforts of organizations.

Users are able to electronically create, deliver, authorize, store and manage their financial documents directly from Sage Accpac and Microsoft Dynamics AX. This eliminates the time consuming and costly printing, posting and filing of papers.

President of Bredet Services, Debbie Breuls, said they see this partnership as a fantastic opportunity for their customers and prospects as V1 Document Management solutions are proven to integrate into Sage Accpac and Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Bredet’s customers can greatly cut costs, reduce time consuming administration, free up filing cabinet space and support their environmental agendas by moving to the paperless system for storing documentation.

By using V1 Document Management’s automated data capture solution, users can reduce manual data entry of invoice information by up to 90 percent. Breuls went on to say that customers can also expect a swift return on their investment within six to nine months.

V.P. of V1 Document Management, Lynne Munns, said as a re-seller of Sage and Microsoft Dynamics solutions, Bredet is an important addition to their rapidly expanding partner network. Munns says they look forward to introducing their customers to the benefits of their award-winning solutions.

Bredet Services provides ERP and CRM solutions through a partnership with Microsoft, Sage and Deltek and have helped companies streamline operations, reduce redundancies and improve their bottom line with technology for the past 27 years.
